Adama Sesay serves as the Human Resource Manager at Allies in Development. She is the lead for staff recruitment, personnel management, capacity building, and staff welfare initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, and a diploma in Community Development Studies from Milton Margai Technical University.

With a strong background in social work and community development, Adama brings a people-centered approach to the organizational management. She is responsible for developing human resource policies and fostering a positive work environment.
