Parent Support Program
The Allies in Development parent support program addresses family violence, in particular intimate partner violence and violence against children.

Key activities
Parent support groups: Allies in Development operates online and in-person parent support groups where parents share experiences and discuss ways to prevent and address violence against women and children in the home.
Workshops and trainings: We provide violence prevention education to parents through workshops and training sessions.
Counseling support: We work with counsellors to provide counseling services to survivors of intimate partner violence, who are also parents, to mitigate the impact of violence on children.
