Rita is a final year law student who actively supports the team with managing schedules, correspondence, events, meetings, and field trips. Further essential duties she performs include, conducting legal research, writing reports and supporting the activities of the school and youth club program.

He is responsible for managing all external and internal communications of Allies in Development, and oversees creation of brand and advocacy materials. Additionally, Mr. Bah conducts due diligence, facilitates partnerships and develops legal documents, including contracts and legal opinions.

She has over 15 years of experience in implementing education programs, curriculum development, and coordinating office operations. Massah manages programs at Allies in Development and has a leading role in implementing the positive parenting, and survivors and caregivers’ programs.

Miatta is an experienced social worker, policy analyst and social protection specialist. She has over 8 years of experience in women’s rights and child protection. Miatta has led Allies in Development to reach over 15,000 women, girls and families through violence prevention education, positive parenting and support services for survivors.
